Very impressed with this hotel and its staff. I had emailed prior to our arrival to see if we could check-in earlier and received a very polite email back to say it may not be possible depending on room availability, which I completely appreciate. However when we got there around 11am the staff were very accommodating and booked us into a room immediately. Not only that, but we were upgraded to the top floor! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was actually comfy! I was also impressed that shortly after going into our room the phone rang and it was reception asking if everything was okay - which it was. We felt very VIP staying here. 11/10 would stay here again :)"
