"Conveniently close to Central for early morning train to the airport. Room was small but clean. Would have liked boiling water option for tea instead of coffee in the lobby lounge area. "

"We would have liked a teatowel to dry the dishes after washing them. Also hand towels in the bathroom would be good. The lounge and snack and go area is excellent as is the location with the train station a few hundred metres away. We would stay there again."

Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby. The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows. I'd happily stay again."
