"It was a nice house however the mattresses need an upgrade. There were some issues with some comforters with stains on it. Nice welcome package however garbage bags, dishwashing pucks and basic spices, like salt and pepper would have been nice. "

"Great place for a family reunion. Close to the beach, in the middle of the Algarve, pool, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful space for a large group. Pool guy was great, cleaning staff excellent. Needs a few things fixed: gate to parking area didn't work, fridges missing shelves and freezing open, toilet water leaking into pool, pool skimmer didn't work, air conditioner in one room didn't work. All reported on the first day but not fixed in a month stay."

"Villa charlotte was big enough to accommodate our group of 22 people. The master bedrooms on the main level and upstairs were all spacious. The rooms on the lower level were a bit cramped and smelled damp. There should be dehumidifiers running. The dishwasher was not working during our stay but the management company sent someone out and it was replaced within days. We were also disappointed in the laundry situation- there is one small washing machine bit for a house that size, there should be...

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable beds (only complaint the pillows) Elisabeth our contact was patient, kind and so helpful to first time visitors to Algarve. We were supposed to visit other beaches during our stay but Armação de Pêra beach was just perfect with its wide sandy beach. loved it and will be back.
