"This is an outstanding hotel, with great customer service. For example, I said I liked the tea at breakfast - and I then had (without asking) a gift of tea sent to my room by hotel management. Absolutely outstanding! The one minor development is I was there with my 14 year old son. He wasn’t allowed anywhere near the indoor pool. This policy needs a rethink. "

If I had known that I probably wouldn't; have stayed there. My room had not been smoked in but the ventilation system would bring smoke into the room from...

"The location, gardens and pool were great. It was bit odd that one had to use the lift or go through the dining hall to go the first floor. Breakfast was good. Meals were expensive and I wouldn't buy anything from the poolside kiosk / bar."
