Villa Copacabana is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom villa, affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra with breath-taking sea views and located only 600m from the best golden sandy beaches. With all the features you’ll require for a fabulous family holiday including a large private heatable swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis (optional extra) and a games room, this spectacular property will be the perfect fit for you.

On the first floor of this beautiful villa are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom and separate bathroom, as well as access to the balcony that runs along the villa overlooking the swimming pool. From one of the double bedrooms, you can also access the balcony with spiral staircase that leads up to the stunning roof terrace.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjacent bathroom. Across the hall is the games room with a snooker table, table football and games machine. The games room also houses the laundry nook with washing machine.

The living / dining areas are on the ground floor of the property with comfortable sofas, TV and a large dining table and chairs. Just off from the dining room is the open space kitchen with modern fittings and all the appliances and equipment necessary for home cooking. Large sliding doors with electric shutters allow access to the beautiful outdoor area at the back of the property with a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra) and sun loungers to sunbathe in between dips in the pool. The dining area and BBQ allow for grilling and enjoying meals al fresco.

The fabulous rooftop terrace includes comfortable outdoor seating, jacuzzi (optional extra), tables and a brick BBQ and invites you to relax with family and friends at sunset while taking in the spectacular sea and town views.

At villa Copacabana you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area and an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are only an 8-minute walk down the road.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided on the driveway.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
