"Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht...

"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. "It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday and felt spacious with a garden around it and lots of areas to sit outside. The swimming pool is particularly nice and we really enjoyed the BBQ/outside kitchen area alongside it. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked efficiently. It is a short walk from the house into Alcudia town which is a lovely Moorish walled town with a really good market on Tuesdays and Sundays. "Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance."

"The property was very clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was very good. It was a short walk - 10-15mins - to both beaches, albeit the walks were a little difficult for my parents due to the stairs. Cala Mendia itself is a very quiet resort but it had enough restaurants for our needs. I would recommend the local shops for essentials only as they are very expensive. We took the bus to Porto Cristo and did our shopping there. A taxi was about 10-15euros back. Overall we had...

"We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. We had to scramble and find two hotel rooms for 3 nights in high season in order to have a place to sleep. We spent twice as much money for those 3 days of our trip. The house is a...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Sandstrand, für Kleinkinder geeignet, fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle, große Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und versteckter Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Immer wieder gern! Mietwagen ein Muss, Supermarkt nicht fußläufig erreichbar. "Das Ferienhaus hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, einen tollen Ausblick und auch sonst ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."
