Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. "The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing...

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."
