"Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online...

"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. You can rent umbrella and beach chairs, there is a bar and supermarket 15 min away. Not easy to arrange a taxi, we left phone # fro taxi to Palma . It is inside guide...

"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

"Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "Alles hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war mit allem gut eingerichtet, gerade auch an Küchenutensilien. Es gab kleine Willkommengeschenke was wirklich nett/lecker war. Hilfreich wäre wenn an dem Wäschetrockner ein Schild hängen würde mit dem hinweis das nach jedem trocknen der Wassserbehälter auszugießen ist. Denn der war von den "Vorbesitzern" randvoll und wir wunderten uns das die Wäsche nicht trocken wurde. Aber dies war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen :-)"

"Absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we booked the communication we received from the family made us feel welcome and ready for the stay. Villa was extremely well equipped had everything we needed and more! The design of the place both very aesthetically pleasing but also cool and comfortable. The pool was great - the kids loved jumping in. Local area is a quiet resort and town with easy access to 3 lovely beaches. Porto Cristo is very close and an efficient bus service runs throughout...

Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. "Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest...

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
