"Really pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and ‘luxury’ of this hotel just across the street from the beach. We had a couple of small tech issues in the room that were quickly resolved. Breakfast really nice and all hotel staff were excellent! Would happily stay again. "

"Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous. Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant. Food/drink/cleanliness exceptional. Can/will highly recommend. "
