"Our stay at the Roycroft Inn was impromptu but will leave a lasting impression! We had a four room suite and were taken aback at how big it was. We found the Roycroft to have amazing value for what we paid. A continental breakfast was a pleasant addition to our stay. The spread included muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit, bread for toasting, and a few other quick bites. The breakfast area was gorgeous and filled with light coming in from the giant windows. The sitting area by the check in desk was also very serene, in quite a literary way. We’re only an hour away, so we will definitely be back for a quick weekend stay!"

"Although I was a little anxious for the check-in data, it came with plenty of time to check in. The property owner obviously cares to provide a great experience while staying at the Rooster's Den. Everything was just as advertised-this property is large, comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely stay at the Rooster's Den again."

"Stayed with my wife, our two sons and dog.The house is well-appointed and considerably larger than it appears from the front. The street and private drive were plowed despite daily snowfall. Would stay again if we come for another ski trip."

"The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through deep snow, especially in the back of the hotel where I had to park. Glad this hotel was there to relieve the stress of having to drive home and back in nasty weather!"
