"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"I booked this hotel because it was very close to Gimpo Airport and it was my first time in Seoul so I needed to just get a good night sleep at a clean and affordable hotel and it was very clean and cozy. Loved the bathroom and bedroom had enough space to recharge. I was travelling from Osaka and needed to do my Laundry and this hotel had a nice Laundry and was able to have a full case of clean clothes I was unable to do in Japan so thank you for offering this service. "The boss is too good! This place has everything you need. It's comfortable, the communal area is not too cramped, and I could enjoy meeting the other nice guests during our new years seollal party. The location is good if you want to live quietly at home. "This property was great for the three of us, conveniently located near bus stops and plenty of restaurants around. The apartment itself had what we needed and checking in and out was a breeze. Did notice the room showed signs of aging (scratch on table and stain on the sofa), but otherwise it was great with the little kitchen for us to bring back our 7/11 haul. Would recommend this place for Incheon stays. "

There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated.
