"I was there with my kids for a quick break. It is one of the best resorts I have ever been to. The hospitality is exceptional. The employees were extremely helpful and respectful. The resort is located on a large area and offers a variety of activities such as football and a water park. My young child has a food allergy, and when I informed them, they took it seriously when cooking the food. "I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. "The staff are very friendly and respectful. The breakfast is just fine. My son loves the swimming pool. The beach is good but many sea weeds. But if u go far the sea water is clean and good for healing. U can rent jet skii nearby. And if u like to ride camel and horses is just near to rent and enjoy the ride. "

"It was a terrible experience. Lack of professionalism. Dirty room. Old-fashioned. AND the worst thing is that we could not get a beach towel, let alone a spot on the beach to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Of course the pool was out of the question. No space whatsoever and dirty. Over-crowded, old-fashioned "hotel". Beach smells like camels and horses and ponies. I ended up checking out half an hour after checking in and losing 1250 QAR for nothing.
