"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "

"We had a wonderful time. We requested an updated room, and we got one. Very clean and wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony. All staff was very friendly. Only minor down side was they can be a little slow to deliver extra bedding or towels. One morning there was jack hammering that starter at 8am but we knew they are in the middle of upgrading the hotel and theres construction workers around during the week. Wasnt too disturbing tho. "

"We thought the location was a win. We could bicycle right from the resort. We didn't have too far to travel to rent kayaks and paddle a river. We could stay at the resort, enjoy the small beachfront or go across the bridge to Clearwater. The condo is nicely appointed. Clean. Well stocked. Communication was clear and timely. "Fun property for all ages. Kids had lots to due. However, we booked for a week and had to move unexpectedly midweek due to error in 3rd party booking. We did get one room back, but disaster moving 9 people. Room we were going into wasn't ready. Tradewinds wasn't helpful as they kept telling us it was a BlueGreen Resort issues. Offered us ice cream vouchers for the kids that expired on the same day, so we never could use them. We basically had to waste one entire day in the middle of vacation...

"The pool temperature was absolutely perfect!! We enjoyed being outdoors.my grandson spent one night and loved the bunk beds. We ate out ; therefore ; we can't comment on the kitchen but they had plenty of well stocked pool ware and toys.The sheets and bed were pleasant. The bathrooms are in need of a detailed clean and we received messages before our arrival about putting trash out and then searching in the darkness to complete the task. Only to get further messages two days later to pig more...
