"On day one the garage remote didn't work and could not lock or secure the garage Damita was notified, this was never fixed. On day one (Saturday)we were going night swimming but couldn't pool was filthy top and bottom (There was Algea on parts of the pool floor) On day 2 I notified Damita, the pool service man came for 5 minutes and left and left no skimmer as requested. Damita and Service man showed up on Wednesday and finally fixed the problem. Still we lost 4 full days of pool use. On July...

"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "

"The house was exactly as shown on the site. What attracted me to this house was the number of bedrooms and the fact that it didn't have bunkbeds. When you have adults no one wants to sleep on those. The house was immaculate. There was even highchairs and a Pac n play for the baby! The only issue we had was the hot tub didn't heat up and the light in the garage was out. I contacted the manager and he came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend this property."

"We returned for our second season at the villa. That alone tells you how we feel about the property and its owners. I provided a long review last year and have little to add. "Overall, a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood located one mile from Steinbrenner Field (walkable). A few minor improvements would include filling the salt n pepper shakers, providing a kitchen cleanser such as a 409 spray bottle, and providing ice cube trays in the freezer.Overall, a very nice place."
