The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private tours were great - especially the Mekong Delta day trip. Staying in a non-touristy area was an immersive cultural experience. "Very nice staff. Extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy. A nice balcony overlooking the city. The washing service was too expensive so I was disappointed with that.
