"Staff was excellent and patient when answering any questions presented. Amazon and Uber deliveries were also okay. It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. The staff in charge of cleaning were kind and helpful always delivering daily amenities when the door was set to "eco cleaning". Worth it for the accommodating staff and the convenience of being next...
