"Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff are all very kind and speak English. The hotel is basically on the beach/marina. Very nice little town. The train station is 3 minute walk and the train to Rome is only 4 Euro. This little town has few tourist so its not very busy. It is about a 1/2 mile to the Sicilian American WWIi cemetary, very nice part of history. "

"Beautiful Villa that transports you back in time. Friendly staff with a free shuttle bus to the main town of Frascati. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely an experience not to be missed. It’s a 10/10. "

"Amazing experience. We were welcomed by three wonderful people. Explained everything about our stay. Great breakfast served in the AM. Again very happy staff helping us. Super clean. Bathroom full stocked with towels and toiletries. The only suggestion I have is to add a mattress topper. Mattress was a bit hard. "

"We enjoyed the stay at this guest house. Our suite was nice and confortable. Breakfast was great and it was the perfect location to rest after a long day. We had a car so commute was not bad and the staff was very friendly. "
