"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. "We had a great stay here and loved the rooftop pool and sitting area around the pond/garden area in the courtyard. The rooms are very basic and could use a bit of a facelift. Staff was very nice and helpful!"

I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
