"The property was clean, reliable, and as advertised. It's a three minute walk to the downtown area and a five minute walk to the gondola. They provided cribs for our infants and had an enjoyable time. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The onsite laundry was also a bonus. The only minor complaint is the beds were two twins pushed together, but besides that an amazing property."

"With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. If you are aware of the long trip down and up fom the parking lot you will enjoy your stay."

"Best location in the center of Zermatt. Very comfortable, we loved it so much. We will surely return. The apartment is small yet perfect for two and is well equipped. "The location is beautiful and the house comes stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there is no wifi even though it was on the listing. When we raised this issue with the manager, she simply claimed that there was wifi despite us saying that there was no box in the house and no network available. If you need wifi don't come here. This dishonesty coupled with a general rudeness of the manager were the only issues with an otherwise great stay."

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
