"This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful and quiet. The staff was wonderful and courteous. Breakfast was on point every morning. Any questions we had they were able to answer. We were able to set up our transportation to and from the airport with them, which was convenient. They were also able to set up transportation if you just needed to get around Guatemala. Will definitely be staying here and highly recommend."

Rigo is the name of the person who helped us at our arrival. He is always attentive and ready to assist with any questions. Communication with the property manager was easy all the time.
