"This is our favorite hotel in Antigua Guatemala, there are other more traditional hotels with Al old Spanish team, however they are not as comfortable and they are not as well run; this hotel is not that old, I think it opened in 2008 and is well kept, it doesn't look worn in need of a renovation, the hotel looks like new, the beds are comfortable, they have connecting rooms for families, the bathrooms are huge, the rooms are well sized, we keep staying here before we don't want to be disappointed by staying at other hotels. We will definitely come back. "

We ended up extending our stay for another day and they were so easy to accommodate us to a different room since our current room was already booked for the next day. It was very closed to the Arco and to different restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to stay here again in the near future. "

"Folks at the front desk were exceptional in service and friendliness. Landry service was also excellent. A bit noisy with the bell outside and restaurant adjacent to rooms. However, I’ve needed earplugs for most of my trip in Guatemala. Great location with good restaurants right across the street. And La Tortilla cooking school is close by."
