"The hotel is amazing and the staff are all friendly. We booked a triple room. When we arrived, the hotel had two triple rooms available and the staff let us pick the one we wanted to stay at. They also helped us to book a car to Guatemala City. "

"The property is gorgeous, flowers and plants are mixed right into all areas. It's very well taken care of and the staff was amazing! They ensured that we were well taken care of during our time at the property. Oh and they even have a few parrots on property! The only slight ding on this review is that one of the two pools was being renovated while we were there. However, during our 5 night stay they basically completed the pool renovations. La Soleil doesn't leave things in an unusable state for very long."

"The location was super central to everything the arc and central plaza. Restaurants all around walking distance to everything. The rooms and decor was beautiful, they have a pool table in the entrance and view of the water volcano from the rooftop was incredible. Rooms were clean also it is pet friendly. They don’t serve breakfast but had coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner at another restaurant. I would definitely recommend."
