It was convenient, nice, had no issues. The staff was very friendly. They had one free laundry service per room. It was close to the main square. Everything was within walking distance.

The drainage in the showers were slow.we had occupied 6 rooms in the property and experienced the same problem. Breakfast on the property could use some work.

Overall the hotel grounds are very nice…lots of charm. They offer massages and laundry services which was a big plus. They only offer breakfast and that breakfast is basic. I would only eat here if there is an emergency. Staff was very kind and polite - room was decent but it was dark. Definitely need better lighting in the rooms because our room was very dark. Almost weird considering Antigua is lo lively. Location wa great and only about 2 blocks from the main streets that take you everywhere
