I didn’t know the area beforehand so didn’t realise it was a big apart hotel style resort so was very busy when we stayed but we still found space at the pool etc. Loved Nelson Bay - Beautiful area! However needs a deep clean & attention to maintenance eg older model oven needs cleaning or replacing, couches need cleaning, under beds had small debris & thick dust, bbq cover needs replacing as ripped & difficult to put back on. "It was a great trip with plenty of space. Having the main house as our entertaining area was fantastic and everybody still had their individual space in the cabins.Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of clean towels and beds. My only criticism would be the back sliding door on the main house the rollers appear to be non-existent making the door extremely difficult to open. "
