"This is a lovely apartment with a great view. There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay. "

However needs a deep clean & attention to maintenance eg older model oven needs cleaning or replacing, couches need cleaning, under beds had small debris & thick dust, bbq cover needs replacing as ripped & difficult to put back on. "Apartment has lovely views of Port Stephens. It’s very clean. The bedroom with the twin beds has no windows , so the only way to ventilate this room is with the central air conditioning. There are no accessories at all including soap, although there is linen. Great location. "
