"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"The hotel is in a very tranquil, country setting but not far from Bilbao. It is an old house that has been beautifully restored in a rustic manner. The lady, who seemed to do everything, was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a very modern shower. The evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and good quality. The only negative thing was that there was no lift and the stairs were quite steep."

"We loved this place... I just wish they provided good directions on how to get there! Between addresses being in Euskara and roads not well identified we had a hard time following the GPS as it kept wanting us to go into a private road that lead no where other than a house. Once we arrived, there was nobody there. We found a nice couple down the street who knew the person in charge and contacted him for us, he then proceeded to give us the code to get into the house. "We stayed in Casa Molino for 12 days and found it to be extremely relaxing and comfortable. Juan Carlos and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The apartment is the top two floors of a duplex, and is filled with delightful quirky touches that give it a lot of personality."

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
