"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"We stayed in this beautiful house with three families. The swimming pool was amazing. The house was of high quality and was very clean. It easily fitted our 12 people group which included 6 adults and 6 children. Toni the host was very responsive and was kind enough to arrange a pack and play for our little one and also to help us with receiving documents and our lost luggage. "Fuimos los primeros en estrenar la casa. Es la típica casa de pueblo, pero recien reformada. Salón amplio para 5, y suficiente para los 7 que estuvimos unos pocos días. El patio está muy bien, con buenas vistas y bien equipado (mesa grande, barbacoa, sombrilla y tumbonas). A pesar de que tiene unos cuantos escalones, los abuelos se apañaron bien. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "
