"We had a wonderful time at Casa Azule. There wasn’t a nosy neighbor, as stated in previous review. The house is spacious and well laid out. Loved the balcony facing ocean and quick/easy access to the beach. My only complaint is the septic system needed repairs but the property manager was super quick to have someone on the scene but sadly it was not repaired during our stay which meant it was a little stinky entering the front door and a few times on the back balcony. "Perfect for older guest with mobility issues. Ramp was a life saver. Well furnished for comfortable lounging, kitchen well stocked. Deck in front perfect for watching waves, ships inbound, surfers. Ample parking. Loved it. Will return in 25. "

"We booked our trip right before the storm and were worried about not being able to keep our reservation. The company reached out via phone and was very accommodating. We were able to adjust our stay a day later. The rental had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The beach was about 2 blocks down, but we ended up driving because we had a bunch of stuff to haul. We would definitely rent this place again! "WE so enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a great location, beautiful decor, loved the two balconies, plenty of amenities with a pretty view of the ocean. We could walk to the pedestrian beach or drive down to the city beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax. The beds were super comfortable! We'd rent this house again."

From beach toys, fully packed kitchen, and plenty of towels! The size of the house was plenty of room and close to the beach to hear those waves.
