"It was isolated, quiet, lots of wildlife sounds from the patio. Great place to go recharge. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. Great table for games. It had changed from the description, we were going to have the boys stay on the living room during, that was advertised. However only one in the house was upstairs in the girls room. We were a lil disappointed in that, but made due.The couches were really comfy to sit on, but not to sleep on because they have the individual seating....

"This truly was a fantastic house on an amazing piece of property. The owner gave us a tour when we arrived and was the friendliest person ever. The house was super clean and looked even better in real life than in the pictures (and the pictures were already good). The house was more spacious than I thought it would be. Very nice outdoor patio area and pool with lounge set. The house had everything we needed. They can definitely ask a lot more for the rent of this house, you get more than you pay...

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to Brazos Bend State was a major plus. It was nice to spend the day at the park and then head “home” to build our campfire, cook dinner, and make S’mores. The cabin, covered porch, deck, and fire pit made the place feel rustic, yet clean and convenient. The checkin process was very personal and we learned a little about the history of the land and its surroundings. If you are looking to getaway from the city and traffic, I highly recommend...
