"This is one of the most incredible villas in the city. It has so much space, easily sleeps 12 and Susana is a superb host who has thought of everything and makes the whole process so easy. I couldn’t fault anything and would thoroughly recommend for anybody."

The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. "The house, while not very modern, has everything you need and the garden area is really nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. Be mindful that you will need insect repellent though!!! Air conditioning in both rooms and living room worked great. The host was very nice and easy to reach, check in process was very simple with instructions sent to us in advance. "The overall location of the village in the mountains where this house is located is amazing. The house is very close to the village centre in a nice place. The house suited us well as a family of 5. The AC unit was on the third (top) level of the house but it did manage to cool the rest of the house to a level that we found comfortable when the internal doors were left open. "We had a very relaxing stay at Gisela's little guest house. The accommodation is larger than you would believe from the photographs and the little plunge pool is just perfect for sitting in with a glass or two. Gisela was very welcoming despite our lateness due to a delayed flight, kindly changed our towels during our stay when we requested.The drive up to the house is a real challenge the first few times but it certainly shouldnt discourage you if you are a confident driver from staying here....

"The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean, with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of a nightmare but once we found an underground parking facility we’ve had no issues anymore. The location of the apartment is not ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but if you rent a car you can get anywhere in the city within 10-20 minutes"

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "

"Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!"

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
