"The hotel is located on the Main Road, which can be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you are jet lagged. However, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely return in the future. The rooms are airy, comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff is super friendly from the moment you walk through the gates, including the cleaners, door attendants, and receptionists. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Had an amazing 3 night stay at Taj Mahal Towers in January. Everything about this trip was indulgent, magical and pure luxury. From the blessing on entering the lobby, to the wonderful welcome from Jay at check-in, to entering our room with a view directly to the Gateway to India (it was a pleasure to sit in the room and watch the sunrise through the gateway). The room was modern and clean, the only downside was that our room was opposite the lift but all sea view rooms were on the side of the lifts. We had a very calm and serene breakfast alfresco each morning by the pool and the waiters were extremely attentive. High tea at Sea Lounge was a fabulous experience, with the Indian street food a tasty surprise option. Once again the waiting staff were delightful. Cannot fault anything in our stay and if staying in Mumbai again, the Taj Mahal towers would be my only choice. Thank you to all the team for making our stay unforgettable. "
