"Firstly, we absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and loved the quiet, relaxing, tranquil setting. We spent several hours on the back porch reading and watching the waves crash against the rocks. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded and the host was friendly and communicative and responded quickly. That being said, there were several items we noticed throughout our stay that needed a little TLC and ultimately it’s why I dropped one...

Melinda is a fantastic host—so thoughtful and communicative—and Jerry is incredibly kind. The grounds are perfect for a peaceful stroll, and having a market nearby made everything so convenient. The unit itself is well-equipped with all the essentials, and I especially loved the large TV in the living room and the super comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place...

"This is a lovely cottage in the heart of the Village of Mendocino. It is within walking distance of all of the community as well as the paths along the headlands. The cottage itself is warm, inviting, and cozy with a generous porch where one can sit and take in the garden or watch the sun go down. The hosts are delightful and engaging. "

"The location is incredible. Easily walk to everything downtown, the views of the headlands out the north windows is just so peaceful and relaxing. The rocking chairs by the window upstairs was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here. And our pup loved the yard out back. Even with 2 houses on the same property, there’s plenty of privacy.
