"The property had a marvelous view and was very clean. I always arrive at any VRBO with a myriad of cleaning supplies. I did not need to clean the house before I felt comfortable.We did speak with the owners about the sofa which is subpar. They realize that it is a problem and are going to replace it. we enjoyed our week and hope to return soon."

"We had to change plans due to some weather in Lassen Volcanic NP so we decided to stay in Cloverdale. The place was walkable to local restaurants and shops as well as the sculptures through town. We were close by vineyards and enjoyed some wine tasting while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "

"We spent the weekend in this unit (#3) and upon arrival we were a bit apprehensive as the outside doesn’t look great but once we got inside it is a clean, cozy little place. And the location is perfect for accessing all of Mendocino and the headlands.The bed is full size, so a bit small, but comfy and we managed to trip a circuit breaker by using the coffee pot and the heaters at the same time . Overall, a cute little place for the weekend."
