It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. A walk along the river nearby is very enjoyable and there is a Lock nearby with viewing bridge to watch the barges go up river. The surrounding area is clean, safe and walkable. "
