Beautiful resort hotel in very scenic surroundings
I enjoyed my stay at the Castel. Directional signage to get there could be a bit better. The scenery is spectacular. We are surrounded by nature. The shower in the single rooms should be a bit larger.

We needed accommodation in a quiet nature surrounding, the hotel provided that, check in reception was friendly and breakfast staff as well. Hotel room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel in beautiful and serene surroundings. The staff were quick to accommodate my husband who has accessibility issues, and this hotel accepts dogs. There is lots of space outside for dogs to exercise in and also a walk out the back past some beautiful rock faces. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and again the food was very good. Our room had an incredible view over the valley

Nice and out of the way property, but close enough for a trip into town! Facilities were really nice, grounds were beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Ate at the restaurant on the evening and had the hugest bowl of delicious pasta also!

Sweet Castle with Restaurant
Lovely castle in an isolated and lovely part of Belgium. Accommodation was really good and fantastic value. The good was good but not as good value. If you stay there you really are committing to eat there so you need to add both together. We thought it was fine overall.

Dinant tucked away gem.
We had a lovely stay here for our 25th anniversary. Our room was spacious & bed was comfortable. The bar area and lounge were very nice for a nightcap. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Lots of choices. The grounds are beautiful and great place to take a hike or walk. I do believe you should offer a shuttle a few times during day. We had a car & had to drive into town. But, would be inconvenient if you don’t have a car. The shower could’ve used a thorough scrub. There was some mold. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is found on a beautiful country road about 10 minutes outside of Dinant! Gorgeous property with hiking trails and a rock climbing area and amazing breakfast buffet! Our room could’ve slept 7 with pull out beds (though those are never that comfy) and had both a bath/shower and stand-up shower in the bathroom. My only complaint is lack of air conditioning, it says a/c on the add but it’s controlled by a central unit and the rooms were hot at night (it was 26-29 degrees most days but still…)

The location was great - a castle turned into a hotel, in the middle of nowhere. The room was also very large. But the room was unbearably hot, and the thermostat didn't work. The pillows were horrible, literally full of air which deflated once you put your head down. As a result we had the worst night's sleep in quite a while.

The outside looks much better than the inside...
1 of the towels was dirty, the floor of the bathroom was not cleaned properly, poor toiletries and there was a hair band from a previous guest on the floor showing that the room was not properly cleaned vacuumed. The location is pretty but not to visit Dinant as it is another 10mins drive each way. Leaving a lot of guests to dine at the Hotel's restaurant where food quality is less than mediocre. Cold food which arrived so fast (5-10mins) we suspected it was pre-ready under a warming light or micro-waved. The outside of the hotel is prettier than the inside and the ghastly, modern reception breaks any feeling of staying in a castle fade away.
