"As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. "All staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We booked a room for 3 adults which was clean, really large and spacious with partial views of the lake. Shower was great, really powerful.Variety of teas, coffees and biscuits to choose from in the room. Marriott won’t disappoint.

"Very convenient from the Piccadilly train station. We ordered room service which was quick. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and is of good value. Definitely will stay here again when in Manchester."

"My first time staying at one of these German Hotel interlopers and it far exceeded my expections. Far superior to their rivals such as Ibis and Holiday Inn Express. It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. Although all staff were fantastic special mention must be given to Tianna, nothing was too much trouble for her and she carried out any issues I had, which including a partial refund when I had to leave unexpectedly early, calmly and without any fuss. Thank you so much Tianna. I am due to return to Machester in June and I will try and book Motel One, although its popularity is steadily increasing."
