"Really enjoyed this property! The views were gorgeous, and it is a convenient spot if you want to drive up to El Teide. The area was really quiet, peaceful, and private. The host was very responsive and helpful for local tips/suggestions. The bedrooms are very cozy as well! "Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. "We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts."

"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and views were incredible. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great and the "cliff" restaurant was top notch. Only complaint would be lack of available parking. Other than that really really great property."

"The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!"
