"We had a great time in Amsterdam. Wessels place is a nice spot for families, outside of the main hustle and bustle but easy enough to get in via tram - especially the zoo.We got a great view of fireworks over the canal from the top floor windows."

Located across from a canal, it has extensive views of all the comings and goings on the canal. Beautiful! Please heed the owner's warning about the steep stairs. "Great apartment in a fun location. We really enjoyed being right in/on the edge of the hustle and bustle. And the location on the canal we were on was excellent. The tree-lined canal, the local restaurants and pubs, the early evening golden hour…all were great. Two things to note: the noise in the alley will definitely impact your sleep late into the night.
