"The front house staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t have the opportunity to deal with any of the housekeeping or maintenance, which was completely fine so I can only give this rating regarding the front and staff. It’s winter time and it was snowing so it was hard to keep the parking lot clear but there was a lot of snow around the car areas and actually coming down onto the property so you have to be very careful when driving in from the main street. "I had so much fun staying here the pool is so nice and the restaurant is really good and convenient! The only downside of staying here was parking. But staff were outside to help with that! Elevators were a bit inconvenient but it was also a really busy weekend. I love the fact of the area, everything is pretty much walking distance, "
