I found the beds very uncomfortable and old. The bathroom was not clean especially around the floor area of the tub. The toilet was the older, very low version and the counter closes in the space to sit on the toilet. There were crumbs on the floor by the table on arrival.

Starting to really show its age, and lack of investment/upkeep. Bathroom sink leaked. Locks on the doors were not easy. Breakfast was good, but the space was too small to accommodate any volume of guests.

Advertised as pet friendly, we were charged an additional fee for ‘deep cleaning’. Yet when we arrived there was hair in the sink, the toilet did flush properly and there were M&Ms on the floor from a previous guest. Our dogs made zero mess. Plus the beds were really uncomfortable. The whole place was outdated and needs a refresh.

The location is good. Close to the waterfowl park and food options. Jack,s pizza is a bit of a walk but they make a good veggie pizza. They do do delivery but I enjoy the walk after sitting in the car for hours.
