"We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious, well kept and the whole property was maintained very well. The staff was very friendly and took care of us. The concierge and front desk were helpful to arrange a tour guide and activities as needed. We enjoyed the morning walk around the Jaipur old city, our day touring Amer Fort and the City Palace, as well as a mini-safari at the Jhalana Leopard Reserve with guides from the hotel. "Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in.
