"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. This is a beach and part of the national park. If you look closely, there is a torii gate on the small island off the beach. Looks like an impending storm is approaching so we decided to proceed to the sand dunes which I came for. Luckily for me, no storm at the dunes!

"I had a brilliant stay at Drop In Tottori. The staff are welcoming and kind. There is easy transit to the sand dunes and sand museum which was definitely worth a visit. The pod has a lot of space - almost enough to stand up. You are provided with a locker underneath your pod for larger baggage as well as a smaller locker by your head. I slept well and had an amazing stay. "
