"This property was very comfortable, the staff and check in process was easy and helpful. I didn’t get to have the breakfast but it sounded good. We had to leave early for a train. The area is super close to the train station and food in the area to walk too. Overall, a great place to stay. And we were able to put YouTube from our phone on the TV. Otherwise, TV in Japan I found to be very limited, like a few stations and in Japanese. "

The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo!
