"The staff are very friendly and most have been there for dozen years or more. Our booking had a mix up and they were quick to resolve it for us. Near the airport so you will hear the planes but you get used to it. The facilities and good food overrule any inconvenience with noise. "

Ryan is also super helpful and works around the hotel. Location can’t be beaten: right across the street from San Pedro airport and close to Ramon’s Dive Shop."

"Had a great stay at Coco Beach. Loved the pool. The location is perfect. Half way between San Pedro and Secret Beach. Great restaurants nearby, including the Garage, Aji, the Truck Stop. "

"Overall the property ia beautiful, and the staff were great! The lunch and dinner food was not on par, bot cooked well or prepared for a higher end resort. Breakfast was great, and spa was pretty good. I got a deep tissue massage and it was anything but. "

"As a first time solo traveler I had some reservations about staying in a resort that’s so frequently described as romantic. I simply can’t express how much this gorgeous place and the wonderful staff exceeded my expectations. I was lucky enough to be upgraded and really appreciated the additional space although all of the rooms looked fantastic. The resort is immaculate with really comfortable places to chill out. The dining at the resort was extremely good as well and of course the views are phenomenal. But the differentiator, as so many reviews state, is the incredibly friendly warm and knowledgable staff. I’m very late writing this review and feel bad that I don’t remember the names of the folks who were especially kind and helpful. But I want to say thank you for making my vacation truly special. "

"IT IS A BUMPY 35-40 GOLF CART RIDE TO THE RESORT FROM IN TOWN. BUT HAVING BEEN TO TOWN A FEW TIMES, I REALLY TRULY DID ENJOY THE FACT WE WERE FURTHER AWAY. IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU WANT, I LIKE THE FACT THAT AT THE 2 POOLS THERE WAS ALWAYS A CHAIR, AND ON THE BEACH THERE WAS ALWAYS A CHAIR. THERE WERE NO YA HOOS AROUND NO POWER DRINKERS, IT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT A RELAXING VACATION. IF YOU WANT CHAOS THEN PLEASE STAY CLOSER TO TOWN. ALEC WAS A GREAT BARTENDER AS WAS THE EVER BEAUTIFUL SHEILA! ABSOLUTELY WOULD REVISIT!!"
