"We just enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at this property. The best parts of the stay were the communication with the hotel - they picked us up at the ferry in miserable weather and got us somewhere dry asap! The ambience of the hotel is great - beautiful landscaping, nice pool, etc. we did the full day fishing trip with Felix and Chris which was truly one of our highlights. We did the inland tour to cave tubing and Al Tun Ha which was also great and the half day snorkeling to the Mexican Rocks all...

"Very unique place, quiet great food and staff always friendly and extremely helpful. "

"This was one of the most beautiful resorts we saw on the whole island but you need to realize how remote it was. We rented golf carts and it took about 1 hr 20 min to get into town and it's a very bumpy road. It is faster by water taxi but they charge $37USD per person and for a family of 4 that is alot. To the south the next restaurant is about 10 minute drive and south it is about 45 minutes. That is also where the nearest store is. The food at the resort is good. We actually loved how...

"The entire staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were very clean. Amenities were very good. Location was quiet and not many people around. It’s very tranquil. Will definitely return for a longer stay."

"Totally worth it even though we had to take their ferry back and forth to town. One problem was the lighting in the room was horrible. Maybe 6500k. Gave us a headache after a while. "

"Staff and concierge were incredible. They had everything we needed and arranged anything and everything for us. Available around the clock, security was awesome, amenities were wonderful, property is beautiful, very responsive to questions and concerns. If e return to San Pedro, this is where we will stay again. I cannot say enough good things about the property, food, people, staff, amenities, convenience… just a perfect wonderful fantastic property that completely made our vacation. "

"Got in too late to go anywhere from the airport so stayed here one night. Very pretty interior courtyard with a pool, they have a restaurant and a bar in the interior courtyard, plus a coffee shop & wine shop in the front area. It's only a few minutes (10-15) from the airport and a great place to stay if you need to stay the night before coming or going to BZE airport. They also have an airport shuttle instead of taking a taxi. Just make arrangements ahead of time."

"The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit...

"Shaka Caye was the most amazing island and vacation I've ever been on! From the time we got to the marina, the boat ride to the island we were greeted with a cold towel and drink and friendly staff!! Each and every staff member was AMAZING, and friendly and wanted our stay to be the best! We celebrated 2 birthdays while we were there and they all went above and beyond to make them special. From homemade birthday cakes they brought out to us while singing happy birthday, to decorating our room...

"Lovely place on the beach. Showing its age a bit, but perfectly adequate. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room sparsely furnished, no chairs for the desk, limited room in bathroom for stuff.
