Although we got to the hotel room at an extremely late hour the staff was very friendly and hooked us up with a room on a high floor. We were able to settle in quickly and then utilized the city’s transit system to explore, returning to the hotel for a warm bed and shower."

"Stunning property and location with the only big negative being the entry to the hotel was always surrounded by smokers so that there was no way to get into or out of the hotel without running the gauntlet of a strong smell of smoke. Not just an issue for this hotel but most of Europe. If they just made a zone for smokers that kept them from being right at the door it would make things far more enjoyable. "
