"Self check in service with free luggage storage which can be used before check in and after check out until 11pm. Decent well-stocked kitchen with ovens, pots and pans etc. Email support is very response. The place is generally very clean, and beds comfy. Strong wifi throughout. We were unlucky with a very noisy room above us -- we didn't realise there is a second floor, otherwise we would have knocked on their door. "This is the most charming, delightful hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were all so sweet, the food was incredible, the design is amazing - such a cozy feeling.
