"The place is beautiful, we’re repeat guests but we had some issues. The room we were given was not as described. No wifi, no hot tub, couldn’t even use our phones, the TV wasn’t working. They did ultimately come through however and changed us to a better room in a different category (we had to pay a small difference). That said, once we were in the new room we were forgotten.
