Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

Estuve hospedado en el Hotel Radisson Cuernavaca del miércoles al día de hoy. Hice mi reservación a través del portal del hotel por dos noches, 2,677 pero en el portal del banco me cargaron 8,243, hablé al hotel y me sugirieron que cancelara la reservación y que lo intentara de nuevo. Hice una nueva reservación pero a través de Expedia y el cargo fue por los 2,677. Desde antes de llegar al hotel mandé toda la información para que procedieran a hacer la cancelación del primer cargo de 8,243; sin embargo nunca hicieron nada por resolverlo a pesar de que pasaba diario a la recepción con Brenda Barrera y Alondra del Valle, también solicité hablar con el Gerente o el Contralor y nunca me dieron la cara, incluso nadie del hotel me quiso proporcionar los nombres de estas personas. Soy cliente frecuente de este hotel y me quedé con una pésima impresión por lo que espero no regresar nunca más.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura preciosa y una decoración increíble, pero no se dejen engañar por las apariencias. El servicio es absolutamente deplorable. Reservamos varios cuartos para los invitados de nuestra boda, y al llegar, ¡no tenían las habitaciones listas! Para colmo, algunos de los cuartos tenían cosas rotas, faltaban toallas, y en varios no había ni focos. Como nuestra boda era al día siguiente y teníamos la ceremonia civil ese mismo día, no tuvimos tiempo de cambiar de hotel. Nos vimos obligados a quedarnos y fue la peor decisión de nuestra vida. Metimos una demanda legal porque no solo arruinaron nuestra experiencia, sino que afectaron un momento tan importante. No pienso regresar jamás a esta cadena hotelera y espero que nadie más pase por lo mismo. Mil veces mejor quedarse en un Airbnb o un motel donde la noche cueste menos de $1,000 pesos; seguro el servicio es infinitamente superior.

Lo único confuso es el sistema qué tienen para saber si pagas al momento o al final de la reservación. Excelente estancia, los cuartos son sencillos y bastante cómodos. El servicio es bueno, se mantienen al tanto de ti consistentemente.
