Me pareció un hotel agradable nada más tienen que estar más al pendiente de la comunicación con las dudas de los huéspedes antes de la estancia, me costó mucho trabajo comunicarme con ellos antes de mi llegada. Ya estando en el hotel todos muy amables y serviciales

La habitación muy bien, el restaurante demasiado caro. Y las albercas son frías. Si pagas desde el inicio con desayuno incluído, este desayuno es muy pequeño. Por ejemplo en el desayuno pedí unos chilaquiles con proteína y la proteína me la cobraron aparte y muy cara.

Mala las 2 personas que atienden a un hotel abandonado de más de 200 cuartos no te pueden atender bien, aparte a las 18:00 hrs se fueron todos el personal y todavía me aclararon que solo se quedaba el vigilante, que luego me pasaba a ver con que confianza me puedo quedar en un lugar que solo soy el único huésped, que se ve sucio abandonado , el elevador sin servir .. obvio no pase la noche y me fui a otro hotel, por qué no había alimentos ñ, no había nadie, en medio de la nada, en un estado donde puede ser peligroso pasar una noche en un lugar así, todo MAL el hotel mal pero la aplicación EXPIDIA PEOOOR!!!!

El lugar es bonito , la habitacion cuadruple que nos toco es pequeña pero bonita,comoda y la terraza con exelente vista al lago ,el servicio de todo el personal fue exelente nos divertimos mucho con las motos y lanchas acuaticas. Lo que podría mejorar es el servicio de internet , el elevador se traba mucho y en el restaurante los precios son caros para la calidad y las porciones que sirven deberian o bajar precios o mejorar la calidad y porciones de acuerdo al precio En general bien

El personal es amable, el club de playa es agradable, comida y bebidas bien, por nos tocó fallo en la luz por la noche, y pues se entiende que ya no depende del Hotel, como en todos lados en problema fueron los jovencillos ebrios gritones, peleoneros en los pasillos, y una señora igual gritona exigiendo que regresara la luz jajaja. El hotel está muy bien para disfrutar el mayor atractivo que es la laguna.
