"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and its always a great stay. We got upgraded to a whirlpool room which was a nice suprise, and came in handy after a long day of shopping. The only downsides for this stay were that we wished we had more pillows, but I'm sure we could have gotten more if we asked. Also, i noticed the antler chandeliers in the lobby were gone, and i used to enjoy the cozy feel they gave. This hotel is always clean and the staff are always friendly."
